Heavy-duty slings are made of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) and PES. The internal load-bearing core is constructed with endless looping, and a 100% PES-woven non-load-bearing sleeve protects the load-bearing core. The rated load ranges from 20T to 100T, with customizable bandwidths from 200mm to 500mm and flexible lengths from 1m to 200m. The product features super strong tensile strength, resistance to dynamic impact, and durability in extreme environments, making it a world-leading flexible lifting solution for ultra-heavy equipment hoisting, large module assembly, and high-risk operation scenarios.
Lightweight Design: Weighing only 20% of chains with the same load capacity, it is easy to carry and operate, reducing the risk of high-altitude operations.
Excellent Protective Performance: The surface is fine and soft, which will not damage the surface of the lifted objects (such as precision equipment or smooth objects), and avoids sparks caused by friction, making it suitable for flammable and explosive environments.
High Safety Factor: The safety factor is usually 6:1 (up to 8 times), and the breaking force reaches 120 tons, ensuring stable and reliable lifting process.
Low Elastic Elongation: The elastic elongation under working load is less than 3%, ensuring stable lifting and reducing the risk of cargo deviation.
Wide Operating Temperature Range: Can be used in environments from -40℃ to 180℃, adapting to severe cold or high-temperature working conditions.
Intelligent Identification: Uses international standard color codes (such as red for 8T and above) to distinguish load capacities, with unique labels for easy identification, even after wear and tear.
Multifunctional Protection: Can be equipped with anti-wear sleeves or anti-cut sleeves to extend service life, and has a fluorescent warning layer to improve visibility in low-light environments.
