Product Introduction

The lifting chain slings produced by Jiangsu Dongfang Lishen Lifting Equipment Co., Ltd. are made of high-quality alloy steel chain links as core components. Through welding or assembly processes, they are connected with strong rings, mother and child rings and other connecting parts to form various specifications of combined lifting systems such as single-leg, double-leg, three-leg, four-leg and adjustable types. The product surface is polished, blackened, galvanized or painted, featuring both corrosion resistance and high strength. It is suitable for high-load and complex working conditions such as mechanical manufacturing, steel smelting, Marine transportation, wind power installation, and port handling.

High strength and durability

Made of high-quality alloy steel, it is wear-resistant, heat-resistant, does not elongate under force, and has a service life three times that of steel wire ropes. The scrapping standards are strict (if the chain link breaks, deforms by more than 10% or stretches by more than 5%, it will be eliminated) to ensure safety redundancy.

Flexible combination and efficient operation

Multi-limb design (from two legs to four legs) distributes the load and enhances stability. The adjustable chain is suitable for different height requirements. The flexible chain avoids the risk of sharp corner breakage and can still be operated flexibly in scenarios with a small radius of curvature.

Safety, reliability and standardized production

Certified by ISO9001, the product is equipped with load identification and a certificate of conformity. The calculation of asymmetric loads is clear. For use beyond the specified Angle, the derating must be reduced (15% for every 10° increase in load) to eliminate potential safety hazards.

The long-term usage cost is lower than that of steel wire ropes, and it is easy to store and keep. The modular design supports quick replacement of components, reducing downtime.

When using chain slings, it is advisable to use a β Angle of no more than 45°. If not specified, it is assumed to be this Angle by default. The β Angle is the Angle between the chain limb and the vertical line.
The above load conversion coefficients and the corresponding rated loads are used when the loads are symmetrically distributed. When they are asymmetrical, the load conversion coefficients should be modified as follows:

The lifting rings and lifting ring combinations are selected from factory standard products, with a tonnage equal to or slightly greater than the overall load of the rigging.
