A Conventional lifting slings are made of polyester fiber (PET), with a recyclable rate of approximately 85%, but the production process involves chemical dyeing and cannot be completely pollution-free. In 2025, some recycled material lifting slings (containing 30% recycled plastic) will be launched, but the cost will be 15% to 20% higher than that of conventional products.
Q In which scenarios are your company's products mainly used? Are there any actual cases?

A The products are widely applied in fields such as construction, logistics, and energy. For example:
In 2023, we provided 50-ton class lifting slings for a domestic wind power project, which were used for the lifting of wind turbine blades.
In 2024, we will supply 2-ton flexible lifting slings to logistics enterprises in Southeast Asia for the handling of goods in warehouses.
Q How long does it take to produce an order? How to ensure on-time delivery?

A The delivery time for regular products is 15 to 20 working days, while for customized products, it takes 25 to 30 days. We cooperate with professional logistics, but the transportation time is affected by the customs and weather at the destination, and we cannot guarantee 100% on-time delivery.
Q Can special specifications of lifting slings be customized? What is the minimum order quantity?

A We support basic customization in terms of length, width, tonnage, color, etc. However, for special materials (such as ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene) or complex structures (such as double-layer sewing), the production feasibility needs to be evaluated.
Q Do your company's products comply with international safety standards? Could you provide the relevant certificates?

A Our main products (such as flat lifting slings and wire rope slings) have passed the ISO9001 quality management system certification and hold the EU CE certification. Some products (such as acid and alkali resistant lifting slings) can provide third-party test reports (such as SGS material analysis), but it needs to be confirmed based on the specific model and customer requirements.
