Product Overview

Glass lifting slings are specially designed for the non-destructive lifting of precision goods such as flat glass, photovoltaic glass, automotive glass, and building curtain wall glass. They adopt a composite coating process of high modulus polyethylene (HMPE) fiber and ultra-soft silica gel. The rated load ranges from 0.5T to 20T, and the bandwidth can be selected from 20mm to 150mm. The surface friction coefficient is ≥ 0.6, which is suitable for glass sizes from 0.3m² to 25m². The product has the characteristics of super soft cover, UV aging resistance, and anti-static adsorption. It is a traceless alternative to traditional steel wire ropes and nylon slings, and is widely used in glass deep processing, photovoltaic module production, and large-scale building curtain wall installation scenarios.

Super Soft Cover and Zero Scratch Protection

The contact layer forms an elastic buffer layer on the glass surface, ensuring uniform distribution of lifting pressure. It ensures the glass surface is smooth and is suitable for high-value-added products such as high-end Low-E glass and ultra-white glass.

UV Resistance and Weather Resistance

The outer layer is woven with UV-resistant polyester fiber. After outdoor exposure, the strength retention rate is ＞ 90%, and the color does not turn yellow. It is suitable for strong ultraviolet environments such as desert photovoltaic power stations and coastal curtain wall projects. Temperature resistance range: -40℃ to 85℃. The flexibility does not decrease at low temperatures, solving the problem that glass is easy to crack during lifting in northern winters.

Anti-static Adsorption and Precise Positioning

Integrated with conductive fiber filaments, it can quickly conduct away the static electricity generated by friction between the glass and the sling, preventing the surface of photovoltaic glass from adsorbing dust which leads to a decrease in power generation efficiency, or automotive glass from being scratched due to static adsorption of metal particles.

Lightweight and Modular Design

The self-weight is only 1/10 of that of the same specification steel wire rope, reducing crane energy consumption and improving operational flexibility, especially suitable for high-altitude curtain wall installation or automated glass production lines.

Industry Applications

It is widely used in the automated lifting of automotive glass production lines of Fuyao Glass and Xinyi Solar, the transfer of photovoltaic module glass in clean rooms of Longi Green Energy and JinkoSolar, and the installation of curtain wall unit panels in super high-rise buildings such as Shanghai Tower and Burj Khalifa in Dubai. In Fuyao Group's Chongqing factory, after replacing traditional vacuum suction cups with Lishen glass lifting slings, the lifting time of a single piece of glass was shortened from 45 seconds to 18 seconds, and the breakage rate dropped from 0.3% to 0.02%, becoming a benchmark solution for the glass industry with "zero damage, high efficiency, and traceability".
