Product Overview

The hoisting net is a mesh hoisting tool made of high-strength polyester (PET) or ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) fibers through a high-density weaving process. The rated load ranges from 1T to 50T, and the mesh size, edge rope diameter and net area can be customized according to customer needs. The product has the characteristics of high strength, lightweight, corrosion resistance and UV resistance.

Product Advantages and Features

High Strength and Load Resistance, Safe and Reliable

Woven with high-strength polyester/UHMWPE fibers, the tensile strength reaches 500kN/m, with a safety factor of 6:1. The edge is double-layer reinforced to prevent tearing, and the load label is clear to prevent misuse.

Weather Resistant and Corrosion Resistant, Long Service Life

Resistant to salt spray and ultraviolet rays, it will not become brittle at -40℃, and is suitable for harsh environments such as oceans and extreme cold. Its service life is more than twice that of traditional nets.

Lightweight and Flexible, Efficient in Operation

Its self-weight is only 1/5 of that of steel wire rope nets. It can be bent to fit irregularly shaped goods, and can be folded for storage to save space, improving work efficiency in high-altitude and frequent moving scenarios.

It supports customization of mesh size, edge rope material, fluorescent warning strip, etc., and is suitable for diversified needs such as container strapping, wind power hoisting, and ship fixing.
