Product Overview

Pipe slings are specially designed for lifting and installing pipes (steel pipes, composite pipes, PE pipes) in petroleum, natural gas, chemical and municipal engineering. They adopt a composite process of high-strength polypropylene (PP) fiber and cut-resistant and wear-resistant rubber. The rated load ranges from 1T to 50T, the bandwidth can be selected from 40mm to 200mm, and the length is customized according to the pipe diameter (2m-15m standard model). The product has the characteristics of anti-cutting, acid and alkali resistance, and UV aging resistance. It is a non-destructive and lightweight alternative to traditional steel wire ropes and chains, and is widely used in long-distance pipeline laying, refinery maintenance and urban pipeline network transformation scenarios.

Anti-cutting and Pipe Surface Protection

Even if the sling rubs against the pipe edge, it will not scratch the anti-corrosion coating, avoiding the risk of corrosion and leakage caused by coating damage.

Acid and Alkali Resistance and Chemical Corrosion Protection

It is resistant to acid, alkali and corrosion, and is suitable for highly corrosive environments such as offshore platforms and chemical plants.

UV Resistance and Weather Resistance

After 5 years of outdoor exposure, the tensile strength retention rate is ＞92%, and there is no yellowing of the color, which solves the problem of sling embrittlement in extreme climates such as deserts and plateaus.

Flexible Adaptation

The belt body can be bent to a minimum curvature radius of 50mm, easily wrapping around special-shaped pipes (such as elbows, tees), avoiding lifting deviation or pipe deformation caused by the rigidity of traditional steel cables.

Lightweight and Modular Design

Its own weight is only 1/5 of that of the same specification steel wire rope, which reduces the load of the crane and improves the operational flexibility, especially suitable for pipeline laying in complex terrains such as mountains and swamps. It supports quick splicing and extension, and connects multiple slings through high-strength aluminum buckles to meet the overall lifting needs of ultra-long pipes.

It is widely used in projects such as the West-East Gas Pipeline Third Line of China National Petroleum Pipeline Network Group, Sinopec Zhenhai Refining & Chemical Ethylene Project, CNOOC Bohai Oilfield Submarine Pipeline Installation, and the reconstruction of underground comprehensive pipe corridors in cities such as Shanghai and Shenzhen. In the China-Russia Eastern Route Natural Gas Pipeline Project, after replacing traditional steel wire ropes with Lishen pipe slings, the lifting time per kilometer of pipeline was shortened from 12 hours to 4 hours, and the damage rate of anti-corrosion coatings dropped from 3% to 0.1%, becoming a benchmark solution for "high efficiency, safety and zero damage" in the pipeline engineering field.
