Loading test

Fix the flexible lifting sling on the tensile testing machine and ensure it is in a horizontal position.

Gradually increase the loading weight at a constant speed, and simultaneously record the elongation, deformation and changes in the bearing capacity of the lifting sling.

When the lifting sling shows obvious deformation, breakage or other abnormal conditions, stop loading immediately and record the maximum load-bearing capacity at this time.


Performance test

Repeated loading tests were conducted under different temperature conditions (such as low temperature, normal temperature, and high temperature) to evaluate the impact of temperature on the performance of the lifting slings.

Conduct wear resistance and corrosion resistance tests on the lifting slings to simulate the possible wear and corrosion conditions that may occur in actual usage environments.




Data Analysis and Evaluation

Analyze the test data, including the maximum load-bearing capacity, elongation rate, deformation condition, etc. of the lifting slings.

Precautions

When conducting load-bearing tests, it is essential to ensure the safety of the test personnel to prevent injuries caused by the sudden breakage or failure of the lifting slings.

During the test, the operating procedures should be strictly followed to avoid misoperation that may lead to distorted test results or damage to the equipment.
